If you don’t get out of the house soon, you’re going to lose your mind. But you don’t know where to go.  In a perfect world, it would be somewhere you can get a decent amount of exercise and is conducive to using a jogging stroller.

We’ve got you covered. Speaking of covers, you’ll want to make sure you bring something to cover the stroller. Insects can be numerous in this region.

Here are our some of our favorite hikes spread around NOVA with the hopes that you can access one within 30 minutes.

  1. Cub Run
  2. George Washington Parkway
  3. Leopold’s Preserve
  4. Brambleton Regional Park
  5. Second Manassas Battle Trail
  6. Burke Lake
  7. Bull Run Occoquan Trail (From Bull Run Regional Park)

Strollers with baskets are the bomb. Make sure you pack plenty of water, sunblock, and snacks in your diaper bag. 😉

Enjoy!

If you’re feeling more adventurous, we have list and area map of hiking locations on our sister site, ColonialRoads.
